Specialized Automotive Parts Procurement Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead the establishment of a new department responsible for managing the procurement and supply of specialized automotive parts for high-performance vehicles.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a new department from the ground up, utilizing strong leadership and organizational skills to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local and international vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Source, negotiate, and procure specialized automotive parts.
  • Prepare and manage multiple quotations with cross-currency exchange rate considerations.
  • Maintain meticulous records and tracking using Excel and other tools.
  • Utilize AI tools for research, data management, and process efficiency.
  • Create accurate quotations and manage purchase orders.
  • Coordinate across time zones, including responding to urgent emails outside regular hours when necessary.
  • Develop and refine workflows as the department grows.

Requirements:

  • Proven proficiency in AI tools.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with international vendors.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager for career growth.
  • Flexible and adaptable to working across different time zones.
