Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Advisor to drive our automotive supply chain forward. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the industry, with a focus on coordination and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best practices for vehicle delivery in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Regularly update CRM systems to maintain accurate and timely delivery records.
  • Manage documentation and prerequisites for vehicle registration.
  • Coordinate pre-delivery and delivery paperwork with sales and operations teams.
  • Prepare customer loan and registration documents to support successful delivery appointments.
  • Host delivery appointments and conduct tailored new owner orientations.
  • Maintain compliance through accurate record keeping and form generation.
  • Support the sales manager in delivery center operations and customer service excellence.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the automotive industry or related fields such as supply chain coordination or business-to-business coordination is required.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license is necessary.
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to navigate multiple systems is also essential.
