FM eCommerce delivery team is responsible for cross-product pricing of derivatives within Standard Chartered. The team is driven to provide world class technology to support the banks Financial Markets business. As a Delivery Lead, youll be responsible for delivering technology solutions to financial markets globally. The role is based in Singapore and working in a dynamic global team with other technologists, business analysts, project managers and business stakeholders across multiple locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Proven track record leading multi-discipline delivery teams on complex programmes and projects
Understand business requirements and translate into quality technology solutions
Pro-actively engage, manage and build strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders
Experience in leading agile delivery teams
Taking ownership of technology deliveries from high level requirement through development, testing and deployment
Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely manner
Work closely with business users, other project and programme managers and technology stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and expectations managed
Provide on-going support to the technology teams as required e.g. authoring / reviewing test cases, closing out open issues / questions, managing change request process etc
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered
