Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and support for network services at client premises.

The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge of networking equipment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs for network, internet, and hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and test network equipment (routers, switches, servers).
  • Conduct site surveys, testing, and network performance checks.
  • Support scheduled maintenance or upgrade works.
  • Liaise with internal teams for technical escalation.
  • Document service reports, issues found, and solutions provided.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on-site.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Experience in fieldwork, technical support, and professional certification (Cisco Certification, Aruba, Juniper, Linux, and others) preferred.
  • Good knowledge of networking, internet troubleshooting, and hardware installation.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WiFi, Router setup, Cabling).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work beyond standard hours or during standby duty.
