Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Epic Systems consultant to join our team. As a Consultant - Epic (Ambulatory/Clarity/ClinDoc), you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Epic & health IT solutions for our clients.

You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, providing oversight on testing and troubleshooting activities, facilitating workflow redesign sessions, and driving key change management activities.

Your expertise will include assessing current state usage, data analytics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improving functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

You will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards, as well as staying current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess at least 1 Epic certification (preferably within Ambulatory/Clarity/Clindoc)
  • Prior exposure within any Epic module implementation and optimization is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
