About The Role
As a CBRE Administrative Assistant in the Property Management department, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and residents. This role involves operating buildings on behalf of clients or groups.
What You Will Do
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, communicating with tenants, filing, and copying.
Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases.
Coordinate with building technicians and vendors for maintenance.
Prepare lease administration documents like lease abstracts.
Participate in lease activities including setup, changes, and reporting.
Process invoices and handle rent collection communications.
Follow procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
What You Will Need
Diploma/Nitec or N/O Level Certificates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to follow routines and standards.
Good communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills for calculating figures.
Availability to work 5.5 days a week.
