Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (1-Year Contract)
Contract Period:
Starting November 2025
Work Schedule:
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am – 6:00pm (inclusive of 1-hr lunch)
Fridays: 8:30am – 5:30pm (inclusive of 1-hr lunch)
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays (unless required for system incidents).
Job Scope
Manage and support infrastructure architecture, resource planning, system performance, and the overall cloud infrastructure operating environment.
Apply strong technical expertise in Infrastructure Services, including Infrastructure Management, Cloud Computing, and DevOps Engineering principles.
Maintain oversight of systems operations environment and governance processes to ensure smooth, reliable, and secure operations.
Manage and support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) in close collaboration with Application Services teams to ensure system availability.
Lead infrastructure project delivery, ensuring effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors, while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage vendors, monitor performance via KPIs and SLAs, ensure contractual compliance, and maintain strong working relationships.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in infrastructure management, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS or Microsoft Azure).
Professional certifications in AWS or Microsoft Azure preferred.
Proactive and dedicated professional with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
