Assembly Associate Engineer

Key Responsibilities Set up and assemble equipment , including vision systems , AOI , tape & reel machines , and other mechanical/electrical components. Perform machine/module alignment, vision calibration, and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues. Provide on-site technical support when required (local and international ). Oversee kit assembly, testing, and certification processes. Manage inventory levels and coordinate part purchasing and collection. Liaise with subcontractors for outsourced tasks. Requirements Diploma in Engineering, Higher NITEC or NITEC with 1-3 years of relevant experience Experience in automation, mechanical, or electrical environments, especially in semiconductor-related industries. Familiarity with electrical systems, servo motors, sensors, and pneumatic components preferred. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is advantageous. Knowledge in motor tuning, AOI, or vision systems is a bonus.
