WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Analyst, Experience & Activation (Senior Performance Executive) will work closely with the line manager and associate director to support our clients. The Analyst will run end‐to‐end paid campaigns and gain exposure across multiple channels such as social and display programmatic. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY Manage end‐to‐end cross‐channel paid campaigns from planning, setting‐up, monitoring, optimising and reporting Monitor campaign pacing and provide timely reporting on key metrics with ongoing commentary and actionable insights Own campaign tracking, execution, ad trafficking, optimisation and reporting with minimal supervision Propose A/B testing and regular optimisations Engage in day‐to‐day client liaison and servicing Complete other role‐related ad‐hoc duties as needed DOES THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU?1 – 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience Good understanding of Meta, DV360, and TTD to build and deliver bid strategies and attribution models across platforms Strong interest in programmatic, ad, and mar‐tech Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills Self‐motivated, pro‐active, inquisitive, and a team player Good interpersonal and relationship management skills WHY ASSEMBLY?Part of the Stagwell network, we grow fast and work on high‐profile legacy accounts.
