About the role: We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive revenue growth for Deutsche Telekom’s enterprise business in Singapore. This is a player-coach role: initially hands‑on as an individual contributor with the mandate to open doors, secure new logos, and scale revenue, with the expectation to build and lead a sales team as success is demonstrated. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive order entry and revenue growth. Open net‑new enterprise accounts and expand business with existing customers. Lead C‑level engagements and build strong relationships with multinationals and key enterprises. Identify and develop opportunities in Singapore (and Hong Kong) for connectivity, managed network, cloud, and security solutions. Leverage technology partners to co‑create opportunities and enhance offerings. Qualify and progress early‑stage opportunities, tracking outreach, meetings, and pipeline progression with Marketing, SDRs, and partner teams.
