Lead AI and Data Transformation Projects

We are seeking a skilled project leader to oversee a portfolio of projects related to AI & Data transformation across various teams.

  • Drive large-scale AI & Data projects, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, managing stakeholder expectations and identifying potential issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems and drive project momentum.
  • Maintain realistic project timelines, adjusting plans as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure scope alignment, controlling feature creep and ensuring project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels, fostering collaboration among stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

  • Highly responsible and self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Proven project management expertise, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
  • At least 8 years of experience in technical or business areas, with a strong understanding of AI and Data transformation concepts.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, preferably in game development.
  • Experience with change management principles and practices, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership and drive project success.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
