Job Purpose
Reporting to the Lead of Onboarding, you will be part of the Manpower Development team responsible for handling administration matters of our Financial Representatives.
The Job
Assist in the onboarding process for new applicants, including reviewing the fit and proper of the applicant and documentation review.
Support the preparation of onboarding materials and presentations.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and answer basic inquiries.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to streamline processes and improve user experience.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in onboarding.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the onboarding process.
Participate in ongoing projects involving the enhancement of Great Career system by working with internal and external stakeholders in applying AI technology.
Support ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as assigned.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlights any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Our Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree Holders.
2 – 3 years working experience.
Team player.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A self-starter who is keen to learn and positive work attitude.
Meticulous, diligent, and well-organized; and
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
