As an APAC Warehouse & Yard Manager you will lead, coordinate, or oversee warehouse & logistics operations across APAC region.
Responsibilities- Ensuring that the internal and 3rd party warehouses operate at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
- Developing warehouse operations procedures by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
- Training and managing the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
- Overseeing daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Reviewing and preparing workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management.
- Have 5 years or more experience in warehousing / supply chain in oil & gas, oilfield services industry.
- Have experience managing associate and operator (staff).
- Have proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
- Have ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
- Have ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
