Job Title: Regional Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with the company's global direction, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and digital commerce.
  • Lead market management teams to implement strategies, drive collaboration, and deliver growth and efficiency for the segment.
  • Provide market insights to identify short- and long-term growth opportunities, including competitive analysis, share gain strategies, segmentation, and market assessments.
  • Align with global marketing directors on marcom priorities, initiatives, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with product managers on asset planning to support growth, ensuring optimal utilization of new investments and driving NPI projects.
  • Define and execute regional pricing strategies for relevant market segments to maximize growth and margin.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the chemical industry.
  • Automotive experience is an advantage.
  • Able to travel when needed (20-30%).
