Overview Vil du være en del af Global Procurement-teamet, der leverer indkøbstjenester i en af de største teknologiske virksomheder i Norden? Som vores nye Nordic Procurement Category Manager vil du spille en nøglerolle i udviklingen og styringen af Telenors indkøbsstrategier i de nordiske forretningsenheder i Danmark, Sverige, Norge og Finland. "Markets & Indirect Procurement er ansvarlig for en af Telenor Nordics mest spændende og strategisk vigtige indkøbsporteføljer. Du vil blive en del af et professionelt, imødekommende og internationalt team, der samarbejder på tværs med henblik på at sikre de mest optimale indkøbsaftaler for de fire nordiske forretningsenheder.”Responsibilities Udvikle og håndtere indkøbsstrategier for telenors kategorier og forstå interessenters behov og prioriteter. Balancere lokale behov med en global skala og sikre velfungerende processer på tværs af landegrænser. Udvikle og implementere indkøbsstrategier og kommercielle modeller sammen med interessenter for at skabe værdi. Bidrage til at forme fremtidig retning inden for procurement og opbygge dyb markedsforståelse i Norden. Arbejde i et nordisk set-up med internationale snitflader og stakeholders i hele Norden. Qualifications Erfaring med sourcing og category management og løbende effektivitetsmuligheder i indkøbsprocesser og efter kontraktfasen. Gode people skills og evne til at interagere med kollegaer og interessenter på tværs af afdelinger og landegrænser. Fagligt stærk formidler og i stand til at navigere i komplekse strukturer og processer Stærke engelsk færdigheder – da al kommunikation i teamet og med interessenter forgår på engelsk, og lyst til at arbejde i et internationalt setup. Arbejdsmiljø og placering En arbejdsplads fokuseret på fantastiske forbindelser og et internationalt team bestående af kollegaer fra fire nordiske forretningsenheder: Danmark, Sverige, Norge og Finland. Du bliver fysisk placeret i Telenor Danmark og tilknyttet kontoret i København med tilhørsforhold til Finansdivisionen i Danmark. Vi arbejder ud fra et Flexible Work-koncept med fleksible rammer og mulighed for hjemmearbejde for at opretholde engagement, motivation og performance.
