Data Centre Technician 3Join to apply for the Data Centre Technician 3 role at Oracle. Responsibilities Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment. Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimisation of all production server hardware and software. Execute basic troubleshooting along with triaging incoming incidents in support of DC operations. Communicate confidently and clearly with all stakeholders. Maintain strong adherence to processes and contribute to process improvements. Understand internal customer problems and deliver timely technical solutions. Work on a rotating shift basis, including weekend. Background in Linux. Knowledge of Liquid Cool technology would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Data Centre Ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling).
