Description Job Description We are seeking a Data Centre Technician with experience in a data centre environment to participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimisation of production server hardware and software. The role involves troubleshooting, communicating with stakeholders, adhering to processes, delivering timely technical solutions, and working on a rotating shift basis including weekends. A background in Linux and knowledge of data centre ecosystems (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling) are required; knowledge of Liquid Cool technology is a plus. Responsibilities Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimisation of all production server hardware and software. Execute basic troubleshooting along with triaging incoming incidents in support of DC operations. Communicate confidently and clearly with all stakeholders. Maintain strong adherence to processes and contribute to process improvements. Understand internal customer problems and deliver timely technical solutions. Work on a rotating shift basis, including weekend. Qualifications Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment. Background in Linux. Knowledge of Data Centre Ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling). Knowledge of Liquid Cool technology would be an added advantage.
