Job Title: On-Site AV Systems Support Specialist
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining cutting-edge audio visual systems? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an On-Site AV Systems Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide on-site support for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of audio visual, video conferencing, display, and presentation technologies used in client premises.
  • Assist in providing support for internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution and minimal downtime.
  • Perform routine testing of equipment to diagnose, log, and report operational faults, working closely with the team to rectify issues promptly.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time, adhering to required standards.
  • Support in-house video conferencing technology and maintain equipment cleanliness and storage.
  • Diagnose, test, and resolve A/V equipment and media system problems during scheduled preventative maintenance cycles.
  • Operate and monitor equipment during meetings, managing sound levels, remote cameras, video playback, and webcasting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least two years of experience in operating, engineering, and/or installing AV systems, with a strong understanding of audio, video, and networking fundamentals.
  • Hold most of the following industry certifications: Crestron, Zoom, QSC, Cisco, Shure, Poly.
  • Be a responsible, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Candidates must have a diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent and proficiency in English.
