Job Overview:
As a key player in driving sales for our retail outlet, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are well displayed and easy to find. Your exceptional customer service skills will help you build strong relationships with customers, providing them with expert advice on golf club usage and performing demonstrations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with our golf club range and other accessories.
  • Provide personalized product advice to customers and conduct product demonstrations when required.
  • Maintain the highest level of cleanliness within our retail outlet and ensure all products are properly displayed.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and manage administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Focus on maximizing sales revenue for our retail outlet.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in selling sporting goods is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for the retail industry.
  • Minimum N-level qualification.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
