Who Should Apply
This role is perfect for those with experience in customer support, client management, project coordination, or product implementation. If you've worked as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Support Specialist, Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, or Business Analyst; or in any role where you've helped teams adopt and use software; you likely have the right skills
Responsibilities
Populate and maintain workflow configuration with high accuracy.
Collaborate with the Operations team to understand workflow requirements.
Define and configure workflow steps, including selecting appropriate tools and setting up validations and notifications.
Configure and maintain projects based on requests from the Operations team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow configurations or platform functionality.
Continuously improve the configuration process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills
1-2 years of experience in data entry, configuration management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in managing structured data and configuration processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good understanding of workflows and process management.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve open-ended problems.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering).
Familiarity with data management tools and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with construction workflows is highly advantageous due to the unique working methods and processes involved.
