Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medical supplies, medications, and hospital materials, ensuring accurate inventory records, procurement, and stock organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage inventory levels of medical supplies, medications, and other hospital materials
* Ensure accurate and timely updates to inventory records in EzyVet including entering update of invoices
* Assist with procurement, ordering and receiving stock, checking deliveries for accuracy and quality
* Implement the process around controlled drugs
* Organise and label stock to ensure efficient accessibility and rotation of items
* Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
* Work closely with veterinary staff to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels accordingly
* Help implement and maintain inventory management policies and procedures
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., EzyVet, Microsoft Excel)
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with veterinary staff and management
* 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or pharmaceutical setting
* Experience handling controlled substances in compliance with AVS regulation is an advantage
Working Hours
5 day work week, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm
