We are a team of 500 builders from 18 countries, with offices in Singapore, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK committed to delivering a delightful experience to our clients Mission This person has two businesses to look at: Sleek Business Account - which is an account we give our customers when they get onboarded with us. Company Secretary Services The goal is to achieve a near 90+% automation using AI for the company secretary services to bring in operational efficiency and help businesses with better operations management and scale. For Sleek Business Account, increase our AUM and MAU by a minimum of 20% in the next 6 months from current levels. Attributes Ability to influence stakeholders and get agreement on your thoughts and solutions. Ability to understand users without them answering your questions. Great people management skills. Autonomy (proactively seeks out solutions without waiting for their manager to ask them). Persuasive (great listener and can move others to action). AI-ready and curious (ability to identify and deliver on opportunities for AI in our product suite). Position Duties Should be able to get hands dirty, get deep into understanding the pain points of users without having input from them. Thinking about simple solutions which create a bigger business impact, but at the same time not losing the long-term focus. Has the ability to present thoughts backed by data. Ability to convince stakeholders in what he/she believes. Ability to think and execute on how AI can solve some of our business problems. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years of product management experience. Working on a 0 to 1 journey will be an added advantage. Entrepreneurial mindset to solve problems and an attitude that any problem is my problem. Experience with banking products will be an added advantage.
