Product Manager- Vice President

- As a Platform Product Manager within the Product Agility Tools team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of integrated solutions that offer actionable insights to agile product teams. You will collaborate with a cross-functional group, working closely to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Your primary responsibility will be to partner with the Lead Product Manager to define the product vision, roadmap, engagement metrics, and OKRs. By integrating data analytics, user experience research, competitor analysis, and business goals, you will drive the prioritization of product initiatives. Refining user stories and epics to align with the overarching product strategy will be essential to ensure maximum value delivery.In this role, you will drive scrum cadences in collaboration with the scrum master, including sprint retrospectives, reviews, planning, and daily scrums. Continuous testing and validation of features will be crucial to meet the definition of done before production deployment. By collaborating with customer success and UX research teams, you will identify customer pain points and lead the ideation and development of new or enhanced features.To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of related product development experience. Strong problem-solving skills, a sense of ownership, and self-motivation are essential qualities. Excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and prioritization skills will be required to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial for this role.Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of Agile development frameworks, the ability to think strategically, and innovate while clearly communicating complex ideas. You should have the capacity to influence senior executives and product stakeholders independently. Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Adobe Analytics, Figma, and BI tools like Tableau and ThoughtSpot will be advantageous in this role.,
