Role:Property Executive (Outward Bound Singapore / Up to $4000) Singapore Based (Pulau Ubin (Pick up at Punggol Jetty- 7mins Ferry ride)) Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm (May need to work 1 Sat (half day) per month- rotate within the PE team) Salary: $3600 to $4000 Min Diploma qualified preferably in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Facilities Management with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience + Preferably possesses with a Fire Safety Manager Certification Experience in Integrated Facilities Management / M&E is preferred. + Having a class 3 driving licenses will be an additional advantage Seeking for both soft & hard services experience in IFM service. Must be proficient in Excel/PowerPoint (Experience in doing tender and presentation is also a must.)
