Wilson is partnering with a top global investment company to appoint a
Vice President, Talent Acquisition
for their highly established organisation. The is an individual contributor role where you will be partnering with senior stakeholders to drive the recruitment of talents locally and globally. The ideal candidate must possess financial services or a related industry working background, due to the nature of their business and complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life-cyclefor all positions, from sourcing to interviewing along with salary benchmarking and offer management for permanent and contract hiring including campus recruitment.
Partner with various internal stakeholders on hiring related matters such as contract management, terms of employment, compensation package approvals and on-boardingstatus.
Understand the business needs and build a relevant strategy and a healthy pipeline of relevant talent.
Provide cost effective and solution-based approach in sourcing strategies and ensure timely closures and quality delivery.
Gather market intelligence and keep abreast of external market trends, and collaborate with business stakeholders and be a needfuladvisor
Ensure recruitment practices, processes and governance are in compliant to the organisationsregulations and standards
Partake and lead TA projects such as system change requirements and UAT, yearly preferred suppliers review, policies enhancements and process improvements initiatives
Key Requirements:
Qualified Bachelors’ Degree with a minimum of 12 years experience as an in-house talent acquisition professional
Must possess working experiencefrom a financial services, insurance or a related industry recruiting across all corporate functions
Good business acumen and a strategic mindset with solid track record in end-to-end direct recruitment efforts, along with the ability to drive talent acquisition projects
Strong understanding of various talent acquisition programs and policies in terms of design, development and implementation and incorporating best practices and digitalisationefforts
Excellent communication skills and able to build good rapport with candidates and stakeholders of all levels
Knowledgeable in local legislation's, compensation and basic financialsin order to achieve an effective offer presentation and negotiation
Immediately available candidates or with short notice period, would be highly considered
