Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and define performance measurement metrics aligned with business goals and operational needs.
Co-design and develop interactive dashboards that present performance data in a clear, accurate, and user-friendly manner.
Strategically determine how and where KPIs should be displayed within dashboards to maximize usability, relevance, and impact.
Ensure dashboards are not just data displays but tools for decision-making and performance accountability.
Establish data linkages between multiple dashboards, enabling real-time data flow and integration into an overarching control tower view that provides end-to-end performance visibility across departments.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity, working closely with data owners and system teams.
Monitor and analyze performance trends, identify anomalies or deviations, and flag potential areas of concern.
Translate data into meaningful narratives and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with business units to understand performance challenges and recommend improvements.
Present findings and performance updates in regular reports or presentations.
Continuously improve dashboard functionality and measurement frameworks based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Key Requirements
Degree holder in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Science or Computer Science.
Understanding of and experience using data visualization concepts, techniques and tools, such as Microsoft Power BI.
Experience in developing data solutions based on established patterns and best practices for database integration with Power Platform stack (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query).
Working knowledge of data mining principles: mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs and business processes.
Experience in trend analysis and performance reporting.
Highly motivated, structured and methodical with high degree of initiative.
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
Able to communicate insights clearly, written and oral to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Able to work independently or cross functionally
