Senior / Medical Laboratory Technologist5.5 days/week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (staggered start times between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM)Supporting patient care through accurate lab testing and diagnostics at our Western region polyclinics. You'll handle specimen processing, conduct lab analyses , and perform point-of-care tests while ensuring safety, accuracy, and excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory analyses (e.g. urine microscopy, FBC, HbA1c) and operate/maintain instruments. Conduct point-of-care testing, phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures. Verify, report, and investigate lab results promptly. Perform daily quality checks and troubleshoot equipment. Handle patient registration and queries professionally. Requirements Degree in Medical Laboratory / Biomedical Science or related fields. Experience in a clinical laboratory (public or private healthcare) preferred — training provided. Skilled in phlebotomy/heel prick collection (advantageous but not essential). Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office.
