We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to support our facilities management operations at a healthcare site. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining technical drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations, and supporting project documentation needs. Responsibilities: Prepare and develop conceptual design presentations, detailed construction drawings, and technical documentation. Review and ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and relevant local regulations. Maintain and periodically update master copies of drawings (M&E, Architectural, C&S) and manage drawing records and electronic registry. Collaborate closely with the Facility Site Manager and Project Manager to support project execution and site operations. Perform ad-hoc drafting and documentation tasks as assigned by the Facility Site Manager and Project Manager. Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Proficient in AutoCAD with hands-on experience in 2D and 3D drafting. Working knowledge of MicroStation and Architectural Desktop (ADT) is a strong advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant drafting experience in facilities, construction, or engineering projects. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
