As a total FM, specialized engineering and sustainable real estate solutions service provider, ENGIE offers a comprehensive range of technical, digital and support services customisable to best suit your unique needs.Responsibilities:Team & Operations ManagementSupervise a team of technicians, technical officers, and supervisors.Ensure timely and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.Report directly to the Site Manager.Client & Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with clients, users, and internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations.Provide technical guidance and maintain high service standards.Vendor & Project OversightManage maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrading works from initiation to completion.Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.Technical ExpertiseOversee general building works including waterproofing, flooring, ceilings, roads, and drainage.Manage plumbing and sanitary systems such as water tanks, pumps, ejectors, and centralized hot water systems.Compliance & Quality AssuranceConduct water sampling and ensure compliance with PUB water quality standards.Ensure all works adhere to local codes of practice and safety regulations.Budgeting & Cost EstimationPrepare quotations using standard Schedule of Rates (SOR).Develop OPEX and CAPEX budgets for repair, replacement, and upgrade works.Documentation & ReportingDraft technical specifications for ITQ and RFP submissions.Prepare incident reports with root cause analysis and corrective action plans.Requirements:Degree in Building, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or facilities management.Strong knowledge of civil, plumbing, and sanitary systems.Familiarity with local codes, PUB guidelines, and statutory compliance.Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.Safety-conscious with a proactive approach to incident management.
