Job Title: Entry-Level Kitchen Professional

As an Entry-Level Kitchen Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency in the preparation of all food items. This includes maintaining proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage.

  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Supervise junior chefs or commis as required

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Estimate daily production needs based on historical sales data and seasonal fluctuations
  • Conduct regular quality checks of raw and cooked food products
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality at all times, adhering to our stringent quality control protocols

  • Excellent communication skills, with a good command of spoken English
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality, with a strong team player attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results

Working Hours and Benefits:
