Senior Executive (Systems and Quality Assurance)
Job Description:
Our client, an international school in the education sector is seeking a Senior Executive (Quality Assurance) to support the implementation and management of quality assurance frameworks, compliance systems, and data protection measures across its operations. This role provides an opportunity to contribute significantly to school improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance frameworks, including maintaining policies and procedures within the knowledge repository.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with EduTrust certification and manage documentation for related processes.
Support data protection compliance by developing policies, conducting audits, and coordinating training programs.
Organize and facilitate professional learning sessions for internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of operational frameworks.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of systems and frameworks, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience with data protection and privacy law implementation.
Familiarity with quality systems such as EduTrust or ISO 21001 is essential.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
