We're Hiring a
"Wellness Coach"
in Singapore ($30 per 30min session)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced
Global Contract Life & Wellness Coaches
to join our coaching network as fully remote providers. As a coach, you will provide culturally competent, structured tele-coaching sessions to help members overcome challenges and thrive in the areas that matter most to them.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver structured
    life and/or wellness coaching sessions
    via secure video platform (EHR).
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action across common challenges such as stress, relationships, career, health, wellbeing, and personal growth.
  • Maintain an updated calendar of availability and record timely, accurate session notes.
  • Collaborate with provider support, licensed clinical care navigation, and administrative teams as needed.
  • Provide
    culturally sensitive, inclusive, and empathetic care
    , respecting diversity in race, ethnicity, disability, gender, and background.

Who You Are

  • Actively credentialed with a globally
    recognised coaching body, including but not limited to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies that follow similar professional and ethical standards (e.g., APAC, DVCT, ASESCO, NOBCO, SFCoach, ICC) is firmly required.
  • Minimum of
    100 hours of post-training coaching experience
    (required).
  • Skilled in supporting diverse challenges across life, career, and well-being.
  • Trained in
    evidence-based modalities
    such as NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic Coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and reliable high-speed internet.
  • Independent yet collaborative, with a commitment to quality care and continuous growth.
  • Fluent in at least one regional language. (English proficiency required for interviews but not for care delivery.)

Compensation

  • Paid
    per session in USD
    .
  • Target range:
    $15 - $30 per 30-minute session
    (based on location).
