Job Title: Beverage Service Professional

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take orders, processing payments through Point of Sale (POS) systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food options, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Perform daily routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and stations, adhering to SOPs and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Conduct inventory checks on products and ingredients, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and food hygiene at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate customer feedback to management and recommend new menu items based on customer insights and preferences.
  • Support the service crew in achieving excellent customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of barista working experience is preferred, but not essential; training will be provided for successful candidates.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively is crucial for success in this position.
  • A proactive learning attitude and a team-player mindset are highly valued in this dynamic and collaborative environment.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working 5-6 days per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
