JOB SUMMARY The Data, Digital and Coverage Platform Team (DDCP) unit, sits within the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division. This is a hands-on role focused on the creation of engaging video-based learning materials that help users understand system workflows, process changes, and new functionalities. You will work closely with various product owners, change managers, and stakeholders to translate complex system processes into clear, concise, and visually compelling multimedia content. Beyond content creation, you will also contribute to wider change management activities such as communication, governance, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT). This role is ideal for someone with strong technical and creative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others adopt change effectively. The individual also partners with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to assess the risk of the change across people, process, system, data and ensure that appropriate risk mitigation plans are executed prior to technology go-lives. The individual understands the stakeholders needs and ensure that the Initiatives are delivering maximum value for the Markets business and its clients, while adhering to good change governance and best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, script, and produce videos and multimedia materials to support system training and workflow walkthroughs. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and change managers to understand system functionalities and user needs. Use tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, screen recording software, and video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Clipchamp, or similar) to create professional and user-friendly content. Maintain a library of training assets and ensure materials remain current and aligned with system updates. Create and prepare visually compelling presentations, fit for management discussions and/or end user trainings. Broader Change Support: Support the planning and execution of change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness assessments. Assist in the coordination and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback tracking. Support change governance activities such as preparing documentation, tracking actions, and maintaining change registers. Provide general project and administrative support to the Change & Improvement team as required. EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline. 1-3 years of relevant experience in change management, communications, or multimedia training design. Proven ability to create and edit videos for corporate or training purposes. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Excel). Exposure to change management practices or project environments preferred. Strong visual storytelling and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to translate technical information into simple, engaging narratives. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across functions. Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
