Account Onboarding Business Banking Manager - 6 Months Contract

As a key member of our Commercial Banking Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our banking services to our corporate clients. How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. You'll work closely with our relationship managers and other stakeholders to ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also need to be proactive in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, and be able to communicate effectively with our clients and internal stakeholders.

What you do
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Processing and verifying commercial banking transactions
- Providing support to our relationship managers and clients
- Resolving client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Who you are
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field is desirable
- At least 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services operations role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
