Job Description: We are seeking a warm, well-presented, and articulate individual to be the face of our beauty salon. You will attend to walk-in customers with friendliness and poise, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and cared for. In addition, you will manage customer enquiries across online and phone channels with prompt, accurate, and thoughtful communication. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth will uphold the premium experience our brand is known for.
