Construction Project Management Role

The Construction Project Manager at a leading construction firm is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project schedules, resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing project plans, schedules, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Address and rectify non-conformance or quality issues in collaboration with the construction team.
  • Prepare and submit regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
