Contribute to a new development project and solve real-world problems related to Mechanical, Electrical, or Control for our spreader products Main tasks and responsibilities Research of New Ideas Engage in the idea generation process by assisting with research and bringing new ideas, concepts, solutions, and product improvements to life. Support the development of product concepts that are innovative, high quality, and cost-effective. Assist in analyzing the performance and feasibility of multiple alternative concepts. Development of the Approved Projects Learn and apply industry best practices in a dynamic R&D environment by Assisting in performing early draft design. Support building proof of concepts, simulations, and delivering prototypes. Assist in developing and executing design verification and validation test plans. Support the development process by collecting feedback/data for design improvement and enhancement from stakeholders. Documentation Document research and development progress and activities. Assist in preparing drawings for new developed products. Project Management Support delivering project success to the customer and organization. Assist in managing and planning assigned project tasks Additional Responsibilities Outside Of Standard Job Responsibilities Overall technical related support to the respective functions i.e. sourcing, production. Any other ad hoc projects assigned. What you’ll need to succeed Education Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering (or a related field) in Singapore.
