Position Overview

Position Overview

The candidate will be providing functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems besides liaising with corporate end users for continuous improvement in their operations. The individual will also be managing vendors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical development support for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM systems
  • Liaise with corporate end users to ensure appropriate responsiveness to end users' application issues
  • Prepare functional, technical and user testing specifications and training manuals
  • Conduct code review, unit testing and system integration testing
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify causes and propose solutions in line with industry best practices
  • Manage vendors for the responsibilities outlined in contracts and statement of work

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) including BTP application, SAP HCM (PY) and Concur
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in development and maintenance of SAP SF modules / SAP HCM
  • At least 3 years of experience in ABAP programming on SAP HCM
  • Experience in handling at least 1 SAP project in the SAP system implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design and build, testing, go-live)
  • Excellent logical & analytical skills with ability to work independently
  • Knowledge in SAP SF, SAP Concur and SAP HCM integration will be preferred
