This role is ideal for someone with a Maritime industry background. What skills are we looking for: Handling routine cargo claims and contract disputes Reviewing charter party terms and contract clauses Addressing laytime and demurrage issues Supporting entity-level claims with guidance from P&I clubs Working within open hatch parceling and dry cargo business No direct handling of hull & machinery (H&M) or complex claims Mid-level lawyer with experience in maritime law and cargo claims Strong understanding of shipping disputes and P&I club processes Comfortable managing standard cargo claims and contractual matters Ideally Singapore or UK-qualified but not a must What sets us apart?Our people are at the heart of what we do, and for the third year running, we're proud to be recognised as an Employer of Choice by Australasian Lawyer.
