Job Description: Indoor retail sales & promotion of both aquarium & pets products Increasing overall retail sales volume through providing excellence customer service and assistant to walk in customers Handle sales enquiries, customers' complaints and feedback Handling of retail farm tour group and ensuring that tour services meet set expectations To oversee the daily operations and retail shop as well as cafe Providing outdoor maintenance service to our customers Maintenance of in-house display fish tanks In-charge of e-commerce platforms Cashiering duties Monthly stock take Products Merchandising Other ad-hoc duties as and when required Requirements: Diploma in retail management or sales & marketing 1- 2 years of retail experiences preferred Class 3 license preferred Working hours/days: 6 days work week 8:30am to 5:30pm Off day scheduled on weekdays Benefits: Uniform Provided AWS #J-18808-Ljbffr
