Singapore SINGAPORE NATIONAL EMPLOYERS FEDERATION Full time

We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to join our team as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of pilot initiatives supported by government funding. This role involves close collaboration with companies, government stakeholders, and service providers to test new programme concepts, manage grant applications, evaluate outcomes, and translate learnings into scalable solutions or future grant schemes. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage companies from targeted sectors to participate in government-supported pilot programmes. Collaborate with appointed service providers and public sector partners on project components such as landscape studies, prototype development, pilot execution, and post-pilot evaluations. Guide service providers in designing and delivering pilots that meet business needs while aligning with grant conditions and programme objectives. Oversee the preparation and submission of funding applications, ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements, financial regulations, and claims processes. Develop and implement engagement strategies, including presentations, marketing materials, and targeted outreach to encourage participation and support post-pilot adoption. Provide ongoing support to participating companies, ensuring timely execution and alignment with intended programme outcomes. Monitor pilot progress and prepare regular updates, reports, and dashboards for internal review and stakeholder reporting. Track overall budget utilisation and funding availability to support effective resource allocation and programme planning. Analyse pilot results and contribute to the design of future initiatives, such as a potential follow-up grant scheme informed by pilot findings. Curate and document success stories to support stakeholder engagement, case studies, media features, and broader public communications. Perform other duties and support cross-functional projects as assigned by management. Qualifications: A recognised degree, preferably in Business, Social Sciences, Human Capital, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, programme implementation, grant administration, or public sector engagement. Prior experience managing public initiatives or employer-facing programmes is highly valued. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with project tracking or grant management tools is an advantage. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Note: This is not an IT role. The focus is on programme delivery, grant and stakeholder management, and supporting public-private initiatives that shape workforce and industry development policies.
