Responsibilities
Data Maintenance & Management: Provide comprehensive support for the setup and maintenance.
Search job vacancies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with Treasury dealers, Relationship Managers, Finance Department, RMG, and various processing teams to resolve static configuration issues and ensure data accuracy.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve Straight-Through Processing (STP) and overall operational efficiency through technology enhancements and process optimization. Periodic updates and documentation of new and amended processes.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity, adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications / Experience
Candidates with 1-3 years of working experience in a banking operations environment, preferably in a processing role.
Focused and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong ability to deliver under tight deadlines and under pressure with minimum supervision.
