  • Leadership Engagement: Foster relationships with senior leaders through regular communication and discussions to ensure alignment on HR priorities. ">">
  • Strategy Development: Determine leadership priorities and develop HR strategies to support their objectives, driving business outcomes. ">">
  • Program Design: Create HR programs that solve business problems and contribute to long-term business goals, leveraging data and insights. ">">
  • Critical Issue Evaluation: Identify and address critical issues, influencing stakeholders to make informed decisions that drive business success. ">">
  • Talent Attraction and Retention: Identify and address recruitment and retention challenges, developing strategies to attract top talent and improve employee experience. ">">
  • Workforce Insights: Analyze and propose improvements to branding, workforce diversity, data protection, learning, and performance management, driving organizational excellence. ">">
  • Compensation Strategy: Design compensation strategies and develop plans for competitive pay, benefits, pay for performance, and recognition, aligning with business objectives. ">">
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop HR metrics and reports to meet leadership requirements, informing business decisions. ">">
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish employee handbooks and HR policies/procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency. ">">
  • Consultant Role: Serve as a consultant to senior leaders on problem-solving for HR issues, providing expert guidance and support. ">">
  • Teamwork and Credibility: Nurture teamwork, credibility, and excellent service for employees, aligning with company vision and values. ">">
  • Employee Alignment: Align employees with company vision, mission, and values through leadership behaviors and corporate social responsibilities. ">

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or Human Resources: Required degree in business or human resources, demonstrating knowledge of HR principles and practices. ">">
  • HR Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of HR leadership experience and 3 years of HR generalist experience, showing ability to lead and manage HR functions. ">">
  • Business Acumen: Possess business acumen to understand business operations, logistics, sales, and marketing, driving strategic HR decisions. ">">
  • Leadership and Influence Skills: Possess leadership and influence skills to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes. ">">
  • HR Expertise: Possess HR expertise in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations/engagement, learning and development, performance management. ">">
  • Global and Cultural Effectiveness: Global and cultural effectiveness, open-minded, cross-cultural communication, and diversity, ensuring inclusive and effective HR practices. ">">
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software, leveraging technology to drive HR efficiency and effectiveness. ">">
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, ensuring data quality and integrity. ">">
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, prioritizing and organizing work effectively. ">">
