Effective discharge and quality delivery of the Finance & Expense Management portfolio.

What you do
Provide advisory and support in Finance and Expense matters - Finance SME contact for GLC with key stakeholders such as Group Finance, finance departments/rep in other divisions and GLC entities, Group HR on Finance-related matters.
Annual Operational Planning Process
Work with stakeholders across the entities to achieve the target set by the Division Head.
Identify and execute improvements on an ongoing basis.
Ongoing basis - Other Day to Day Task
Prepare information and analysis on the monthly financial performance and relevant MIS reporting.
Review and check against plan on headcount and expenses and identify discrepancies.
GL System Management - GL entries and appropriate expense lines.
Direct charges pertaining to Tax Methodology on services provided by the Division to overseas branches and subsidiaries.
Track monthly expenses, IT charges, tracking and posting of accruals.
Performance of Division/Department initiatives/task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Who you are
Degree holder with more than 8 years of experience in Finance and Expenses Management with Financial Institutions.
Personable with strong communication and engagement skills.
Meticulous/Detail-oriented.
Strong team player.
