What the role is:

You formulate and govern strategic policies on land and infrastructure for Singapore's defence needs.

What you will be working on:

- Develop strategies to safeguard MINDEF/SAF's operational, security and training requirements for land- Drive and oversee infrastructure governance frameworks- Analyse complex policy issues and provide strategic recommendations- Drive policy implementationChallenge(s)- Understanding complex policy issues- Providing sound analysis and recommendations to senior management- Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

What we are looking for:

- At least 2 years of work experience- Knowledge in policy making, strategic planning, governance, engineering and/or project management- Proficiency with data analytics and visualisation tools- Strong critical thinking abilities- Strategic planning skills- Strong communication (both written and spoken) skills- Presentation skillsAppointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
