What the role is

You formulate and govern strategic policies on land and infrastructure for Singapore's defence needs.

What you will be working on

  • Develop strategies to safeguard MINDEF/SAF's operational, security and training requirements for land
  • Drive and oversee infrastructure governance frameworks
  • Analyse complex policy issues and provide strategic recommendations
  • Drive policy implementation

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Knowledge in policy making, strategic planning, governance, engineering and/or project management
  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualisation tools
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Strong communication (both written and spoken) skills
  • Presentation skills
    Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
