Job Description: Plan, develop and Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business objectives for the Company and our Clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Gather potential leads through marketing campaigns and input into CRM system for sales team to follow up on. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and SEO/SEM. Oversee pre planning, on-set production and post-production editing processes. Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content for all projects. Collaborate with design and video production team to produce engaging visual content on social media. Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, case studies, articles etc Develop social media strategies and content for the Company and its projects. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize strategies. Set up paid and organic social media campaigns. Collaborate with creative team to create visually appealing and engaging content. Responsible for full project management and scheduling for social media marketing projects. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Job Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field of study. 3+ years of experience in content marketing, advertising and/or digital marketing. Passion for marketing and loves to express ideas visually Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to create simple graphics (aesthetic FB/IG stories) and an eye for design. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
