Creative Content Strategist

**Job Overview**
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy for Krystal which includes social media content, blog posts, articles, online guides and other materials including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, DeFi, non-fungible tokens (NFTs). You will be responsible for ensuring that our content is high-quality, engaging, and tailored to our target audience. You will also track website traffic and user engagement and generate new ideas to attract new users to Krystal.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing objectives
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
- Create style guides to use as reference
- Create and publish engaging content on various online channels
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency, edit, proofread and improve their posts
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
**Requirements and Skills**
- 3-5 years of experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager or similar role
- A strong interest and understanding in the crypto, Web3 and DeFi space
- Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them to distribute and promote content
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative content ideas
- Good sense of humour with the ability to infuse personality and wit into our brand's messaging and content
- Detail-oriented, highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies accordingly
