Responsibilities
Accountability for sales quota, execution of marketing campaigns, programs, goals, and objectives set out by the company.
Lead Inside Account Managers to ensure that set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
Monitor Inside Account Managers' productivity and sales, and support them to carry out their tasks effectively.
Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers.
Handle escalations from team members and customers.
Develop plans to increase operational efficiency to drive overall sales volume.
Manage team members' performance through constant review.
Monitor call volume and various set SLAs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Drive the team to achieve their NPS targets.
Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Ensure Inside Account Managers adhere to established procedures.
Qualifications
Preferably a degree holder with at least 3 years of Inside Sales or Telemarketing Team management experience.
Preferably with people management and managerial experience.
Proficiency in Telecommunication and IT services.
Possess initiative, assertiveness in decision-making, and the ability to drive for excellence in a dynamic environment.
Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Excellent English comprehension, writing skills, and strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong consultative selling, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to influence and motivate others through coaching and mentoring.
